INSTRUCTIONS
Final Project: Stop Motion
In this project, we are required to come out with a stop-motion video. We can choose to be in a group of 2 people or an individual. For groups the duration of the video is 60 seconds; for Indiviuals is 30 seconds.
I collaborated with Kelly Lau in a two-person team. Before creating the storyboards, we generated two different story ideas. Mr. Martin pointed out that our stories had too many locations, which would increase our workload.

Both of us shared a keen interest in the second horror story, leading us to thoroughly outline the entire narrative and incorporate some intriguing details.
Figure 1.2 Final Proposal
Our primary material was clay, employed to craft both the characters and the furniture. Opting for paper, we chose it as the background (wall) material. The entire scene was captured within the confines of a box.

Figure 1.5 First Attempt
We gained experience from the first trial. We have discussed the shot and the storyboards. After filming we arranged the scenes accordingly in Google Drive and edited them in Adobe Premium Pro.

REFLECTION
This project truly put our patience, creativity, and teamwork to the test. While crafting the script, disagreements arose, prompting us to extract key elements from our individual stories and blend them into a cohesive narrative. The interval between storyboarding and creating characters and furniture consumed a significant amount of time.
Our first attempt during the second meeting fell short of our expectations, leading to stress and disappointment. In response, we opted to work independently to streamline our efforts and save time. Post the initial trial, we revisited the storyboard, making necessary adjustments.
I handled the filming, while my teammates took charge of the editing. Despite the overall stress and time constraints, we found satisfaction in the end result. This project provided me with a deeper understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro.
